new life??

everything had changed over this few weeks..
i felt lost..cant find my way out of this despression..
my cons is too mind bout everything.. why must I put the whole heart in doing everything huh..?making friends..etc..
at last my pay back is outcast and heart breaking..
I m so sick of this situation already..
can anybody plsss help me..?help me get rid of those bad and once sweet memory??
